See
the season’s most provocative new movies, then get up close and
personal with top filmmakers and film critics in revealing discussions
after the screenings. Most movies will be previews; and on occasion we
may screen a film in current release — if the lead actor or director
becomes available to us — or feature a classic film with an in-person
appearance by a legendary star player. (Films and speakers subject to
change without notice.)
Our program will include
all types of motion pictures, including major studio hits, stimulating
independent productions and international fare. Expect anything –
comedy, high drama, stirring adventure, mystery, romance, history and
even metaphysics. Bonus screenings may be offered — FREE
TO SERIES PASSHOLDERS, schedule permitting.

moderator is Stephen Farber, film critic for Movieline’s

at UCLA Extension, J. Paul Getty Museum and at several film festivals
including AFI FEST, Berlin, San Francisco, Santa Barbara and Venice International
Film Festivals.
